Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for Udiko subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Last updatedSeptember 2025

1. General Refund Policy

Udiko does not process refunds directly for app-store purchases. Subscription refunds are managed by Apple for iOS and Google for Android under their respective policies.

2. Additional Refund Eligibility

Although Udiko cannot issue app-store refunds directly, our support team can assist with technical issues, billing errors, or problems accessing a subscription.

When applicable, we can provide documentation and guidance for your request to Apple or Google.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Accounts suspended or terminated for policy violations.
  • Third-party charges or fees imposed by app stores.
  • Free-trial periods where no charge was made.

4. How to Request a Refund

Use the process provided by the platform where you purchased Udiko. Apple and Google make the final decision on eligibility.

App Store purchases (iOS)

  • Request iOS subscription refunds through Apple.
  • Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Udiko → Report a Problem, or use Apple’s Report a Problem website.
  • Apple reviews and decides iOS refund requests independently.

Google Play purchases (Android)

  • Submit your request through Google Play.
  • Visit play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory and select the Udiko purchase.
  • Google makes the final decision on approval.

Direct support

  • Email udikoapp@gmail.com for technical or billing assistance.
  • Include your account email and purchase details.
  • We typically respond within 24–48 hours and can provide supporting documentation.

5. Processing Time

Processing times vary by Apple, Google, and your payment provider. The store will email you when a refund is processed.

6. Refund Methods

Apple or Google returns approved refunds to the original payment method. Timing depends on the store and payment provider.

7. Subscription Cancellation vs. Refund

  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund earlier payments.
  • A refund returns an earlier payment if approved under store policy.
  • Cancel subscriptions through your device or app-store settings.
  • Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

8. Disputed Charges

If a charge appears incorrect, contact us first at udikoapp@gmail.com so we can help investigate.

A chargeback filed through a bank or card provider may temporarily limit Udiko access while the matter is resolved.

9. Dispute Resolution

Refund appeals must be directed to Apple or Google. Udiko can supply technical documentation, but the store makes the final decision.

10. Refund Policy Changes

We may modify this policy. Changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date.

11. Contact Information

For technical support related to a refund request, email udikoapp@gmail.com with your Udiko account email, purchase date, and a short description of the issue. Typical response time is 24–48 hours.

12. Legal Rights

This policy does not affect rights available to you under applicable consumer-protection law. Contact us if you believe local law entitles you to a refund.
